One platform

ICM-Suite software platform for use by infrastructure operators and their users to operate this software continuously 24/7 in control centres, as well on-site, to ensure the safe and efficient processing of planned and unplanned events – like incidents, emergencies, or technical failures. Such events with increasing impacts that lead to major infrastructure failures or ongoing crisis situations can continue to be processed together safely and efficiently.

The joint central coordination and distributed processing of such events is supported by optimal use of the available deployment resources, as well as by a common operational picture (COP) with proven functionality.

The advanced coordination of incidents is supported by prepared process templates that can be created by the customer. Incoming event messages are easily classified in seconds and can be processed immediately, including suggested actions for immediate response based on the knowledge and policies of your company or organization.

A common operation picture (COP) shows a configurable and automatically updated factual representation of planned and free operational resources, route- and navigation guidance alongside further situation awareness information such as on-site sensor data, sensor-detected data by controlled or autonomous vehicles and live video recordings.

An overall situation can be displayed, saved, and replayed together with key geography information including radar distance, position distance, and range measurement along with nautical and airspace monitoring information – see operation picture example below:

ICM-Suite based solutions can be used either ‘out of the box‘ in its minimal standard configuration, configured customer-specific, customizable via various optional module-extensions and/or delivered as product solution or as service depending on the chosen licence agreement.

Almost all components of the ICM-Suite can be configured by the customer himself by using pre-sets or making ad hoc changes to operational and organizational data without altering the underlying software code.

ICM-Suite projects are managed through regular progress reports, documentation, flexible adaptation of customer framework conditions in the project, and joint training of key customer personnel for the initial operation with a review of integrated external system interfaces.

The operation of an ICM-Suite customer solution includes the regular updating of the basic product, maintenance, and optional 3rd level support, which fits seamlessly into the customer processes.
